These regulations specify the storage and access to information on the Customer's devices using cookies, used to provide services requested by the Customer and provided electronically by the Company via the website https://www.comfortwash .pl.

  1. Glossary of terms
    • Administrator / Company - means Move Closer Distribution Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Kolejowa 5/7, 01-217, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000962768, with NIP number 527-299-54-36, REGON 521584058, which provides Electronic Services and stores and accesses information in the Customer's devices via the website https://comfortwash.pl.
    • Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored in devices through which the Customer uses the Platform.
    • Administrator's Cookies / Own Cookies - means IT data saved and stored by the Administrator, related to the provision of Electronic Services by him via the Platform.
    • External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners via the Platform's website.
    • Platform - means a website available at the following address: https://comfortwash.pl.
    • Device - means an electronic device through which the Client gains access to the Platform.
    • Electronic Services - services provided by the Administrator via the Platform by electronic means without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), by transferring data at the individual request of the User
    • Customer - means an entity for which, in accordance with the relevant regulations and applicable law, Electronic Services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of such services may be concluded.
  2. Types of cookies used
    • Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the Customer's Device. In particular, this way is not possible to get viruses or other unwanted software or malware to the Customer's Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the Customer and adjust the Platform individually for each Customer. Cookies usually contain information about the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
    • The administrator uses two types of cookies:
      • Session cookies: after the session of a given browser ends or the computer is turned off, the saved information is deleted from the device's memory. The session cookies mechanism does not allow for downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Clients' computers.
      • Permanent cookies: they are stored in the memory of the Customer's end device and remain there until they are deleted or expire. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the computer of Clients
    • The customer has the option of limiting or even disabling the access of Cookies to his Device. In this case, the use of the Platform will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
  3. Purposes for which Cookies are used
    • The administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:
      • Platform Configuration, i.e
        • adapting the content of the Platform to the Customer's preferences and optimizing the use of the Platform
        • recognize the Platform Customer's device and its location and properly display the Platform, tailored to its individual needs;
        • remembering the settings selected by the Customer and personalizing its interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the Customer comes
        • remembering the history of visited subpages on the Platform in order to recommend content,
        • font size, Platform appearance
      • Authentication of the Client on the Platform and ensuring the Client's session on the Platform, i.e.
        • maintaining the Platform Customer's session (after logging in), thanks to which they do not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the Platform;
        • correct configuration of selected Platform functions, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session.
        • optimization and increasing the efficiency of the Electronic Services provided by the Administrator.
      • Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of the Platform, i.e.
        • adjusting the content of the Platform to the Customer's preferences and optimizing the use of the Platform. In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the Customer's Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
      • Remembering the customer, i.e.
        • correct configuration of selected Platform functions, enabling in particular the adjustment of the information provided to the Customer, taking into account its location.
      • Analyzes and research as well as audience audit, i.e.
        • creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how customers use the Platform, which allows improving its structure and content;
      • Ensuring security and reliability of the Platform, i.e.
        • processing specific information adequately to the purpose for which it was collected.

3.2. The administrator uses external cookies for the purpose of:

3.2.1. collecting general and anonymous statistical data via Google Analytics analytical tools (administrator of external cookies: Google Inc with its registered office in the USA).

  1. Possibilities to specify the conditions of storage or access by Cookies
    • The Customer may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by these files to the Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the Customer using the web browser settings or using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform each time Cookies are placed on the Customer's Device. Detailed information on the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.
    • The customer may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser he/she uses.
    • Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Platform's website.
